Kjersti Holum Karlstrøm is a Partner and office manager in SANDS' Tromsø office who specializes in public procurement, advising both public and private sector clients and handling procedural and dispute resolution matters. She was appointed as a KOFA board member by the King in the Council of State in 2019 for a four-year term and in October 2022 was appointed to the legislative committee revising procurement regulations; she also advises on construction law and commercial contracts and regularly lectures on procurement regulations.
