Boaz Goren is Partner and Direct Tax Disputes Lead at Ernst & Young LLP in England. He joined EY in 2016, was admitted to the EY Partnership in 2021 after building the direct tax disputes practice from scratch, and has over 20 years' experience conducting leading tax litigation at tribunals, the High Court, the Court of Appeal, the Supreme Court, the CJEU and the European Court of Human Rights, frequently using mediation and other ADR methods.
