Neil Kaplan CBE KC SBS is an Independent International Arbitrator based in England at Arbitration Chambers. He has been a full-time practising arbitrator since 1995 and has sat as sole arbitrator, co-arbitrator and presiding arbitrator in several hundred commercial, infrastructure and investment arbitrations under major institutional rules.
