He advises contractors, developers, investors, funders, technology providers and local authorities on renewables and low-carbon projects (including hydro, solar, battery storage and private wire PPA projects) and is recognised for his work on PFI/PPP, merchant energy-from-waste and major biogas/biomethane (gas-to-grid) projects.
