Partner and Head of Property Disputes at Healys LLP, Mark Davies leads a four-person Property Disputes team and specialises in property-related litigation for residential and commercial owners, including landlord and tenant matters, possession and breach of covenant claims, squatters and lease extensions. He joined Healys in 2002, became a partner in 2009, and has over 25 years' experience.
