Her practice focuses on nuclear law across existing facilities and new-build programs, covering regulatory and legislative matters, nuclear liability, contracting, project development and financing, risk mitigation, and civil/commercial litigation including court proceedings, arbitrations and mediations; she is also active in industry bodies (treasurer and board member of the Canadian Nuclear Law Organisation, secretary of INLA Working Group 3) and organizes the CNLO Nuclear Law School.
