His practice focuses on IP litigation with emphasis on pharmaceutical patents, high tech patents, copyright, trademarks and trade secrets; he has appeared for clients at all stages of litigation in federal and provincial courts and handles matters including actions under Canada's PM(NOC) Regulations, Section 8 damages, technology disputes, trade secret protection and trademark disputes (including fashion and sports apparel).
