Rachael Pape is a Partner in Conyers' British Virgin Islands corporate practice, with a broad corporate and finance practice and particular expertise in corporate finance and reorganisations, capital markets and investment funds. Prior to moving to the British Virgin Islands she worked as an associate in the finance team at Slaughter and May and in the international capital markets (derivatives and structured finance) team at Allen & Overy in London.
