Partner in Conyers’ Cayman Islands corporate practice advising clients across multiple sectors on a broad range of public and private corporate transactions, with a focus on investment fund matters (private equity and hedge). He is experienced in M&A, fund financing, capital markets, restructurings and corporate governance, and previously worked in Conyers’ BVI office, as a senior associate at another offshore Cayman Islands firm and as an associate on CMS’s UK M&A deal team.
