Senior Associate at Mewburn Ellis LLP, Caroline Hart is an experienced solicitor who specialises in the protection and enforcement of intellectual property, including trade mark, design-right and patent infringement and other contentious IP (copyright, trade secrets, passing off and domain-name disputes). She has acted in proceedings before the High Court, Court of Appeal, IPEC and the UKIPO, combines advanced scientific training with IP litigation expertise, and joined Mewburn Ellis in 2018.
