He prosecutes patent applications before the EPO and the UK Patent Office across pharmaceuticals, battery and display technologies, provides freedom-to-operate, infringement and validity opinions, and has experience in EPO opposition proceedings including appearances before the opposition division and the Boards of Appeal.
