Caelia Bryn-Jacobsen is a Partner at Kilburn & Strode LLP with over 20 years' experience in the patent profession and a DPhil in physics from the University of Oxford. She specialises in patents and contentious post-grant proceedings (including EPO opposition and appeals), advises multinational companies, university spin-outs and direct clients across sectors such as aeronautics and aerospace, energy and power management, cooling systems, telecoms and thin film technology, and chairs the Chartered Institute of Patent Attorneys’ Professional Development Working Group.
