Maryam Kamal is a Senior Associate at Newton Legal, having joined the firm in 2016. She advises government entities and corporates (including Bapco, nogaholding and the Office of H.R.H. the Prime Minister) on corporate restructuring, commercial agreements and public procurement matters, and has advised on medicine and vaccine agreements related to COVID-19; she is a recipient of The Prince Salman bin Hamad Medal for Medical Merit.
