Deane, K.C. specialises in international and domestic commercial arbitration, commercial and intellectual property litigation, and infrastructure matters. He acts as counsel in arbitration proceedings across North America, Asia and Europe and has appeared at all levels of the Canadian courts, including the Supreme Court of Canada; called to the British Columbia Bar in 2000 and served as law clerk to the former Chief Justice of Canada (1998–99).
