Partner in Bersay's Labour and Employment department and a member of the Paris Bar since 2002, Nathalie Cerqueira advises on transactional and litigation aspects of individual and collective employment law, including criminal employment matters, for clients in France and internationally. She joined Bersay in 2007 after working at Gide Loyrette Nouel and also collaborates on transactions with the firm’s Corporate, Litigation and Restructuring departments.
