Laurence Schardt is Counsel and Head of the Trademark Department at Casalonga with more than 15 years' experience in trademark, design and domain name portfolio management. She handles trademark and design prosecution (national and EU), oppositions and appeals before INPI and EUIPO, trademark litigation and domain name disputes, customs counterfeit seizures, IP contracts and audits, and advises French SMEs and large French groups; she joined Casalonga in 2011 and has been based in Montpellier since 2018.
