Lucie Pernet

A member of the Paris Bar since 2012, Lucie Pernet practices urban planning law and public real estate law. She assists and represents public entities and private operators (landowners, developers) in the development, implementation, and litigation of complex projects (commercial buildings, shopping centers, sports facilities, transportation infrastructure, co-living residences, etc.) in the areas of urban planning and development. She also advises clients on issues relating to public property and land ownership (expropriation, pre-emption).
