Silvestre Tandeau de Marsac is co-founder and Partner at FTMS Avocats and Head of the Banking and Finance Department, practising in banking and finance law and domestic and international dispute resolution since 1984. He advises banks, insurers, asset managers and Fintech/Regtech firms on legal, contractual and regulatory matters, is an accredited mediator (CNMA) and a registered arbitrator, and teaches banking and finance regulation and arbitration/mediation at University Paris II (Panthéon-Assas) and the Paris Bar School.
