Hélène de Saint Germain is a partner at Cornet Vincent Ségurel in Paris; she joined the firm in July 2005 to create its Employment & Labour Law department after beginning her career in 1989 at Armand Boedels & Associés. She advises French and international clients on employment and HR matters — including collective bargaining, restructurings, outsourcing, redundancy plans, employee relations and litigation — holds a Master’s degree in business law from University Paris-2, is registered as a Spécialiste en Droit du Travail and works in French and English; she is a member of HR associations such as AVOSIAL and AGORA.
