Partner at Cornet Vincent Ségurel's Paris office since October 2010, Alfred Lortat-Jacob is a tax lawyer who advises French and international companies and management on tax law, including structuring of financial flows, transactional tax, group organisation, and relations with tax authorities (approvals, audits and disputes). He has nearly twenty years' prior experience in Paris (Landwell 1995–2005; of counsel at August & Debouzy), holds a Master’s degree in public finance and taxation from the University of Panthéon-Assas, and works in French and English.
