Founding Partner at Daher Avocats, Hélène Daher leads a team of four lawyers and advises French and international companies on all aspects of labour and employment law, including collective relations, collective redundancies and reorganizations, and individual employment matters. She has particular experience in contentious employment disputes, M&A-related employment advice and high-profile executive departures; she holds a DEA in employment law from Université Paris II Panthéon-Assas, an LL.M from the University of London and is a graduate of the Paris Bar School.
