She joined the firm in 1993, has been a managing partner since 1998, holds a PhD in physics from Ludwig Maximilian University in Munich, and practices broadly in IP including patent litigation, prosecution, oppositions, licensing and trademark/design matters; she obtained the European Patent Litigation Certificate and is registered as a representative before the Unified Patent Court (since 14 July 2023).
