She advises on unitranche, senior, second‑lien, mezzanine and PIK debt, acts for lender syndicates on project and real estate financings, structures intercreditor relationships, and previously worked at White & Case, CMS Cameron McKenna, SSW Pragmatic Solutions and on secondment to a bank's structured finance team; studied in Poland and at Ghent University.
