Narcisa Oprea is a local partner at Schoenherr și Asociații SCA and has been head of the firm's capital markets group since 2008. She has over 26 years of capital markets experience, has acted on numerous landmark transactions, is a certified trainer by the Romanian Financial Authority and has been active in lobbying and policy work on corporate governance and market-regulatory reform (including contributions to an OECD white paper and coordination of the "Great Barriers Shift" taskforce).
