She advises on all phases of life-sciences product lifecycles — including registration/authorization, promotion, pricing and reimbursement, distribution and co-marketing — and acts for originators in complex pharmaceutical patent infringement/validity, data exclusivity and unfair competition matters, while also advising industry associations and government on regulatory policy.
