Onur Ergün is Senior Partner at Aksan Law Firm in Turkey, where he focuses on mergers & acquisitions, corporate and contracts matters, banking & finance transactions and capital markets. He graduated from Istanbul University School of Law (2003), holds an LL.M. from Freie Universität Berlin (2005), was admitted to the Istanbul Bar in 2006, and has advised multinational corporations, investment funds, private equity, local and foreign financial institutions, investment banks and governmental institutions on domestic and cross-border M&A, privatisations, joint ventures, project finance and banking & capital markets regulatory matters.
