Founding Partner at Balay, Eryigit & Erten Attorneys at Law, Dilaver Eryiğit has been a registered attorney since 1990 and specializes in Commercial Law, Corporate Law, Competition Law, Labor Law and Family Law. He served as Legal Counsel responsible for retail sales and investments at The Shell Company of Turkey (2000–2005), was General Secretary at Avea İletişim Hizmetleri A.Ş. in 2006, has acted as an independent board member for local holding companies, provided trainings in Competition Law, Labor Law and Contract Management, and oversaw merger and asset transfer work in a major fuel distribution joint venture.
