Counsel at ELIG Gürkaynak Attorneys-at-Law specializing in competition law. He graduated from Ankara University Faculty of Law (2003), holds an LL.M. in Competition Law from King’s College London (2012) and an MA in Administrative Law from Ankara University (2013), served at the Turkish Competition Authority from 2005—most recently as Chief Legal Counsel—where he led investigations and merger-control matters, and has authored a book and numerous articles on competition law.
