He served five years as Legal Counsel at the Capital Markets Board (CMB), was Chief Legal Counsel and a founding-team member of the Turkish Mercantile Exchange (TMEX) for nearly three years, later headed a venture capital department at an Istanbul law firm, and also acts as chief legal counsel to a start-up.
