Jonathan Yap is Director, Dispute Resolution at Drew & Napier LLC in Singapore, developing a broad civil practice in commercial litigation and arbitration and acting for clients in disputes involving shareholders' rights, banking and securities, commercial contracts, shipping, trusts, tort and joint ventures. Prior to private practice he served as a Justices' Law Clerk and as an Assistant Registrar at the Supreme Court of Singapore and was involved in the creation and launch of the Singapore International Commercial Court.
