Hiroki Aoyama is Managing Partner at Mori Hamada, specialising in banking, structured and acquisition finance, and real estate. He was admitted in Japan (2002) and New York (2008), joined Mori Hamada & Matsumoto in 2002 and became partner in 2011; he holds an LL.B. from The University of Tokyo (2001) and an LL.M. from Harvard Law School (2007).
