Hanan Haviv is Partner and Head of Hi‑Tech at Herzog Fox & Neeman with over 20 years' experience representing technology companies from early-stage startups to public companies in financing, venture capital and M&A transactions. He advises on general corporate and securities matters, has substantial buyer- and seller-side (including cross-border Israel–US) M&A experience, and previously served as a senior attorney in the Venture Law Group at Heller Ehrman’s Silicon Valley office.
