Co-Managing Partner at Seligsohn Gabrieli Group in Israel, with the firm since 2001, specializing in intellectual property litigation and enforcement across trademarks, copyright, patents, industrial designs, plant breeders’ rights and trade secrets. He is a mediator, chairs the education team at MARQUES, lectures for the Israeli Customs Authority and at the Hebrew University and Holon Institute of Technology, and has substantial experience enforcing IP through Israeli Customs (including confiscation and destruction of counterfeit imports).
