Hila advises clients in Israel and overseas with regard to commercial transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, international cross-borders transactions, raising capital and investments, joint ventures, and distribution, agency and services agreements. Hila also support domestic and international clients in their ongoing business activities. Hila was the National Tennis Champion of Israel 3 times prior to the year 2000 when she commenced her academic studies.
