He joined IBLAW in 2011 as a Senior Associate after over 20 years' experience in civil, labor and employment, commercial litigation and contracts; he litigates before legal and administrative tribunals, handles high-profile cases, advises on corporate matters including commercial leasing, restructuring and M&A, has provided legal opinions on telecom disputes and was involved in drafting debt-resolution legislation for the Palestinian Authority.
