She is head of the firm's Corporate team in London (splitting her time between Dublin and London) and is recognised for work on private equity, corporate governance, corporate finance, M&A, joint ventures, incentives, restructuring, ESG and general commercial matters; she was listed in IFLR1000 Women Leaders (2021–2023) and named among Business Today Lawyer Awards' Top 10 Most Influential Corporate / M&A Lawyers in Ireland.
