Joana Brandão is a partner in the Public Law practice at PLMJ with 18 years' experience focusing on projects, infrastructures and concessions, including construction and real estate matters. She advises Portuguese and foreign investors on the negotiation, drafting and implementation of EPC, O&M and other project agreements, and regularly handles energy generation, water-resources and regulatory/permitting matters.
