Partner at PLMJ in the Banking & Finance and Capital Markets practices, Gonçalo dos Reis Martins has around 15 years' experience advising international and domestic banks, financial institutions and asset managers on debt capital markets with a focus on structured finance, derivatives and regulatory matters for asset managers; he also advises on ECM and distressed debt, has been seconded to Simmons & Simmons and Morgan Stanley in London, and lectures at Universidade Nova de Lisboa.
