Yanos Gramatidis is Managing Partner at Bahas, Gramatidis & Partners and a senior figure in the Greek legal market with almost five decades' experience advising governments, public bodies, multinational corporations, aircraft lessors and financial institutions on privatisations, infrastructure and major investment projects. In 2024 he was appointed Chairman of the Board of Directors of Hellenic Railway S.A. (OSE) and is widely recognised for his work in franchising and aviation law.
