Tobias Bonde Frost is a Partner at BAHR in Denmark who specialises in private M&A, private equity and venture capital, with extensive experience representing financial sponsors and handling cross-border transactions; he previously worked as a foreign attorney in the M&A department of Travers Smith. He holds a law degree from the University of Copenhagen (2010), a graduate degree in business administration from Copenhagen Business School, and is an author of more than 10 peer‑reviewed legal articles as well as a frequent speaker and former external lecturer on M&A.
