Gunnar Sørlie is an Attorney / Of Counsel at BAHR with broad experience in dispute resolution and commercial law, focusing on complex legal and technical issues such as patent law, onshore and offshore construction, consultants’ professional liability, product liability and contract disputes. He has experience as an arbitrator, was admitted to the Norwegian Supreme Court in 1988 (having pleaded 15 cases before that court), and is managing director of the Norwegian mandatory scheme for insurance of product liability for pharmaceuticals.
