Lars Rosenberg Overby is a Senior Associate at Bech-Bruun specialising in dispute resolution, maritime and transport law with more than 30 years' experience. He has acted as arbitrator, litigated before all Danish courts and in international arbitration, helped draft the Windtime offshore-wind contract, chairs the Danish Maritime Law Association and has a background in P&I/defence insurance and academic work.
