Partner in the Tax department at Cuatrecasas in Chile, specializing in tax law and advising Chilean and foreign clients on corporate, family and personal tax planning, including inbound and outbound matters. She has experience in tax audits and litigation before the Chilean Internal Revenue Service, tax and customs courts, Courts of Appeals and the Supreme Court, and serves as director of the Chilean Institute of Tax Law and as a member of the board of experts in tax law of the Chilean Bar Association and the International Fiscal Association.
