Associate at Cuatrecasas in Colombia advising national and international clients on corporate and indirect taxation, tax planning, treaty application to avoid double taxation, M&A tax structuring, corporate restructurings, and inbound and outbound investments. He also represents taxpayers in administrative and judicial tax disputes, advises families and family businesses on tax matters and asset management, has lectured on postgraduate tax courses at Universidad de Los Andes and Universidad EAFIT, and is a member of the Colombian Institute of Tax Law.
