Partner at Elvinger Hoss Prussen in Luxembourg and head of the asset management and investment fund department, Jacques Elvinger advises on commercial, company, banking and finance law with a specialisation in undertakings for collective investment, pension funds and other investment vehicles. He sits on the boards of a number of Luxembourg investment funds, has been a member of the Luxembourg Bar since 1984 and lectures at the University of Luxembourg.
