Nathalie Prüm-Carré is a partner at Elvinger Hoss Prussen in Luxembourg specialising in administrative law and litigation, with a focus on urban planning, environmental law and public procurement. She advises clients in the property, construction and urban development sectors on matters from permitting and due diligence through litigation, and is a lecturer in European environmental law and litigation of development plans at the University of Luxembourg; she also chairs the Association Luxembourgeoise pour le Droit de l’Environnement (ALDE).
