He joined Houthoff in 2004 after ten years with Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP and regularly advises on corporate governance, joint ventures, securities regulatory compliance and cross-border matters; he also leads teams working with government and large industry/energy clients on projects to reduce CO2 emissions.
