Counsel (Competition and Litigation) at Houthoff in the Netherlands, Lumine van Uden specialises in competition and commercial litigation with a focus on cartel damages claims, abuse of dominance and the Digital Markets Act (DMA), and has broad experience in EU and Dutch competition law. She is a member of the International Association of Young Lawyers (AIJA) and the Dutch Competition Law Association, and was seconded to Ashurst LLP in London for nine months in 2018–2019.
