He joined Lenz & Staehelin in 2003, worked at Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP in New York (2005–06) and became partner in 2011; he holds a lic. iur. from the University of St.Gallen (2000) and an LL.M. from Boston University (Morin Center for Banking and Financial Law, 2005).
