Partner at Uría Menéndez since 2016, based in Spain, with a practice focused on administrative law and public / regulatory matters including public contracts, infrastructure, public services and PPPs. He also advises on M&A and project finance in regulated sectors, specializes in the water, waste and transport sectors, and has a focus on ESG and human rights; he is a board member of the Professor Uría Foundation and heads the firm's Pro Bono practice, and serves as an associate professor of Administrative Law at the University of Barcelona.
